1. Depeche Mode - It's Called a Heart (1985). From English synth-pop, electronic band which formed in 1980. It reached #18 on the UK charts.

2. Gary Numan - We Take Mystery (To Bed) (1982). Numan was initially part of the Tubeway Army. In 1979 he released Cars. We Take Mystery was released in 1982 and reached #9 on the UK charts.

3. New Order - The Perfect Kiss (1985). New Order was a synth-pop band which formed in 1980 on the demise of Joy Division. The Perfect Kiss was released in 1985 and reached #46 on the UK charts.
